Shakira announces more dates for women no longer cry in Mexico

Miami.- Shakira has announced two new dates for the second stage of its tour World Cup “Women no longer cry” in Mexico. These concerts not only extend the scope of their tour by the country, but also mark a precedent in their career and in the history of the enclosures where it will be presented.
On September 18, the Colombian artist will return to the GNP Seguros stadium in Mexico City. Subsequently, on September 24, Shakira will make its first presentation in the state of Veracruz, specifically at the Luis Pirata Fuente stadium. With these two concerts, the singer increases her own record to a total of 28 concerts in Mexico within the same tour.
The promoter Ocesa stressed that, with the new date in the capital, Shakira is consolidated as the artist with the largest number of presentations at the Gnp Seguros stadium. The artist herself shared her gratitude through an Instagram post, where she showed a plaque of recognition of OCESA, stating: “My beautiful Mexico! 12 shows at the GNP stadium! Thank you, thank you and more thanks for continuing to break records with me. We see you soon. I love you !!”.
Details of the tour in Mexico
The second phase of “Women no longer cry World Tour” in Mexico will begin on August 11 at the Tijuana Stadium, Baja California. The tour will continue with the following confirmed dates: August 14 at the Heroes Stadium in Nacozari, Hermosillo, Sonora; August 17 at the UACH Stadium, Chihuahua; And on August 20 at the Corona Stadium, Torreón, Coahuila
After exhausting seven consecutive dates at the GNP Seguros stadium, the tour will return to Mexico City to complete an additional series of five concerts. These presentations are scheduled for August 26, 27, 29 and 30, and on September 18, thus adding a total of 12 shows in said enclosure. This number makes Shakira the first artist to reach such a number of concerts in this place.
