The controversy in social networks recently broke out when the Temach, Mexican influencer known for its controversial opinions about gender and relationships, launched offensive comments addressed to Shakira’s youngest son, Sasha.
During one of its transmissions, the Temach hinted that Sasha’s body expression was due to the “lack of a paternal figure” and the absence of “male activities” in its upbringing.
“It is dawn very hard because it is not living with the father and they are just doing videos of ‘Do you see how dad is necessary?’ Because he is a child who is growing in an environment with his tour.
“Before it was not, he was a football boy, son of a footballer and now suddenly he began to … and I say, he is not judged, but that dawn is rare,” he added.
These comments, considered homophobic, macho and violent, were widely repudiated by social media users, who pointed out the serious mistake of involving and attacking a minor.

The Temach claims to have been sued
Amid the generalized repudiation, the Temach said in a video that had been sued by Shakira’s legal team due to his statements.
However, so far there is no official confirmation that Shakira has undertaken legal actions against him.
Neither the Colombian singer nor its representatives have issued a public statement on an alleged demand.
“My compas has already arrived from Shakira if they want it for my compasted lawyers and if they want to accompany me, he left them here. I hope we can get out of this problem,” he said.
The content creator left a link in the video that allegedly let the document read. However, the link leads to Rick Astley’s music video. So it is a joke.
Several users and social media analysts have indicated that Temach could have invented the existence of demand to victimize and generate more fame.
