Shakira was more makeup when he was younger for “lack of trust.”
The 48 -year -old pop star has revealed that despite being idolized by its beauty when it jumped to fame in the 2000s, it was actually “extra worried” about its appearance at that time.
Regarding his style of the year 2000, he explained to Allure: “At that time, when I was younger, I think I took even more time to fix myself. I think the lack of experience, probably and the lack of trust made me take much more makeup, and be more worried. And now I have a little more confidence.”
Hips singer Don’t Lie said that, throughout her career, “usually” has been her “own makeup artist.”
He added: “I have allowed a couple of makeup artists to touch my face over the years, but it doesn’t happen so often.”
Now, he prefers to adopt a more “natural” approach, even when he is on stage or working in musical videos.
This was explained: “When it comes to beauty and act, I need to feel as natural as possible. I can’t act with wigs. I can’t act with very high heels. I need to be as organic as possible, because my way of moving is like that.”
Shakira-who has released his own hair care brand, recently admitted that he has always had “a love-hate relationship” with his hair.
As Women’s Wear Daily said: “My hair has been my identity for a long time. All my life I have felt like this and I had a love-hay relationship with my hair. I love him because I need it, but I also hate him when he makes me suffer.”
The interpreter revealed that her tears came out after going to the hairdresser and that she has been looking for the “appropriate product.”
He added: “I am one of those women who has come out many times crying from the hairdresser, with the feeling that life ends after you burn your hair trying to discolor it. It has been an adventure all my life to try to look for the appropriate product for my hair, a hair that has very complex needs.”
