Taylor Swift has achieved a restriction order against a 45 -year -old man who has been harassing her for years and has even affirmed that she is the mother of her children.
The request was submitted on Friday, June 6 against Brian Jason Wagner. According to the artist, this individual has appeared on multiple occasions in her home in Los Angeles without authorization, ensuring that she has a romantic relationship with her and that she lives on her property. He also tried to register Swift’s address in his driver’s license, claiming that he lives there.
“He has made several statements, as he lives in my house, that we maintain a relationship, that I am the mother of his son and that he needs to see me in person,” indicate the legal documents cited by Page Six.
The singer explained that her security team investigated Wagner’s background and discovered that he had been in prison. During his time in jail, man sent multiple messages, some of them with threats, and others with fictional stories about an alleged love relationship between them.
Swift also stressed that he has never made public the direction of his residence in Los Angeles. However, Wagner managed to identify it and submitted a formal application to register that address in its official identification. The singer’s team realized when the document was delivered directly to their home, according to USA Today.
Between 2017 and 2024, at least six people have been convicted of harassing Taylor Swift. One of the most serious cases occurred in 2020, when a man crashed his car against the apartment building where the singer lived, trying to enter by force.
