Taylor Swift fears an “imminent damage” by a former convict who allegedly visited his house carrying a potential weapon
A restraint order against a former convict has been granted to Taylor Swift who supposedly has not left it alone.
On Friday, Swift requested a temporary restraining order against Brian Jason Wagner after he allegedly went to his home of the angels several times during the past year.
“Mr. Wagner made several statements that he lived on my property (it is not true), that I had a relationship with me (it is not true), that I believed that I am the mother of his son (it is not true) and that he needed to see me in person, all of which is false and disconnected from reality,” Swift wrote in the legal statement obtained by Fox News Digital.

In the legal document, Swift claimed that Wagner began to appear at his Los Angeles residence in 2024 and made several visits in July of that year.
“At least on one of the occasions of July 2024, Mr. Wagner wore a glass bottle that could have been used as a weapon,” he wrote.

According to Swift, Wagner returned home last month and “I was controlling a friend (again, this is totally false).”
The Swift security team investigated Wagner’s background and discovered that he began to try to contact the pop star while he was imprisoned.

He wrote letters to Swift “Long on his falling in love with me, a romantic relationship with me (which does not exist) and other completely invented stories about his involvement in my personal life,” according to the document.
The documents also affirm that Wagner had updated his home in the driving license to his Los Angeles residence.
According to the document, Wagner sent to his team “hundreds” of emails threatening and tried to send his personal email to his home.
“I have no relationship with Mr. Wagner and I have never met or communicated with him,” Swift wrote.

He explained that her recent visit in May promoted her to act with a restraining order.
“The fact that these two recent visits and the inappropriate and threatening communications of Mr. Wagner to my staff on me have intensified in recent weeks create a fear of imminent damage,” he wrote.
A Los Angeles judge granted Swift the temporary restraining order.
