The pop star, Taylor Swiftmanaged to obtain a temporary restriction order, against an alleged stalker that he came to his house and even claimed to have a son with her.
The subject in question is identified as Brian Jason Wagner45 years old and a native of Colorado. According to what the judicial report consigned, this was presented numerous times before the house of Swift, from July 2024 to May.
In his presentation before the Court on the restriction request, Swift said that “Mr. Wagner made several statements about living in my property (it is not true)to have a relationship with me (it is not true), to believe that I am the mother of your child (it is not true) and need to see me in person, all of which are false and disconnected from reality. ”
Even Taylor Swift explained that on one occasion, Wagner held a glass bottle that “It could have been used as a weapon.” Therefore, he said that his visits made it “fear for my safety and that of my family.”
In consideration of the background presented by the singer, The court ruled that Wagner must be maintained at least 90 meters from swift. It is possible that a more permanent order be issued after a hearing on June 30.
It is not the first time that Taylor Swift must face stalkers. There is a record of at least 9 cases, among these, that of Roger Alvarado who in 2018 broke into Swift’s house, used his shower and even slept in his bed. Therefore, he was sentenced to nine months in jail and, subsequently, to a longer penalty after another search.
