It’s about Taylor Swiftwho recently obtained a temporary restraining order against an individual identified as Brian Jason Wagner45 years. The application, submitted last Friday, June 6, details a series of disturbing incidents.
According to legal documents obtained by means such as Page Six and TMZWagner has harassed Swift for several years. His actions include unplayed appearances in the singer’s residence in Los Angeles, false statements about an alleged relationship and even the change of his driver’s license direction to Swift’s property. “He made several statements about living on my property, being in a relationship with me, believing that I am the mother of her son and claims to need to see me in person,” Read in the application.
The situation worsens when it is known that, at least once, Wagner came to the property of Swift carrying a glass bottle, which increased fear for its security. To this are added previous communications from prison, where Wagner sent extensive stories invented about a non -existent relationship, including threatening messages. Swift states in his request not to have any relationship with Wagner and never interact with him.
The departure orderalthough temporary, stipulates that Wagner should be maintained at a minimum distance of 100 meters from the singer, her home, her workplace and her vehicle. The measure expires on June 30. “I do not publicly share my address and I have never shared my address … the fact that Mr. Wagner has determined where he resides … makes me fear for my safety and that of my family,” Swift argues in documents.
This is not the first incident of this type for the artist. In 2024, he faced similar situations in New York, and in 2018, a stalker even planned to attack her and her family. The experience has led Swift to take extreme precautions, as revealed in a past interview with Elle magazine, where he mentioned use military bandages for bullet or stab wounds.
After months of low public profile, Swift has gradually resumed its social activity, appearing in family events and events. The discretion he has maintained in recent times seems to be giving way to a greater presence, although under his own terms and times.
