Taylor Swift obtains restriction order against stalker who insisted on being his partner

Taylor Swift achieved a temporary restriction order against Brian Jason Wagner, a man of Colorado who has been harassing her and falsely claimed that she was her partner and mother of her son. This must be kept 100 yards away from the singer, according to the judge’s decision.
Since July 2024, Wagner has presented without an invitation at Swift’s house in Los Angeles, generating a great concern for the security of the artist and her family. In the lawsuit, Taylor detailed the false statements of the stalker about an alleged relationship and that she was the mother of her son, completely disconnected statements from reality.
In addition, one of his meetings included the presence of a glass bottle, considered a possible weapon. It was discovered that Wagner had written extensively, even from jail, about communications invented with the singer. He also tried to steal taylor correspondence and obtained an illegal driver’s license with the Swift address.
The singer publicly expressed her fear of these actions that violate her privacy and put her safety at risk. Swift emphasized that he never shared his address with Wagner, and that his unauthorized visits and threats to his team increase the fear of imminent damage.
The temporal order will be in force until June 30, when Judge Archuleta will decide if a permanent restriction is needed to protect Taylor Swift from this stalker.
