Taylor Swift requests a restraining order against a man for harassment

Pop star Taylor Swift requested a restraining order against a man who allegedly visited his house in Los Angeles several times and falsely assured that the singer is the mother of her son.

The authorities granted the singer a temporary restraining order against this man, Originally in Colorado, identified as Brian Jason Wagner. Page Six obtained a legal file of the singer’s request in which he alleges that the man “made several statements about living in my property”, “being in a relationship with me … Believe that I am the mother of her son … (and) need to see me in person.”

In her application the artist said that everything she said was false and that the man was “disconnected from reality.”

Taylor Swift said that Wagner appeared several times on his property for the first time in 2024. In July of that year the man appeared in that house with a glass bottle in his hand that “could have been used as a weapon.”

According to Page Six, the documents indicate that her security team “about her fascination with (she), a romantic relationship with (she) (which does not exist) and other completely invented stories about her participation in (her) personal life.”

In the Taylor Swift document he alleges that he has never had contact with Wagner. “I have no relationship with Mr. Wagner and I have never met or communicated with him,” he insisted, claiming that he is “afraid of imminent damage.”

This is not the first time that Taylor Swift must deal with stalkers. In January of this year a man named David Crowe was arrested in New York City for the third time in January 2024.

During the Taylor Swift tour, ‘The Eras Tour’, there was also the arrest of a man in Germany for allegedly threatening the singer already her boyfriend, Travis Kelce in 2024.
