This Tuesday, January 14, Melilla residents will be able to immerse themselves in a transformative workshop where they will be able to explore in depth the connection between body, emotions and well-being. This is an initiative for dialogue between science and spirituality.
This initiative will take place at 8:00 p.m. at the Nasrid tea shop. It has been organized in collaboration with the Aidcor Melilla clinic and has the collaboration of the Activas-Charter 100 Association and the yoga teacher and local expert in Mindfulness, Inma Gaitán.

Workshop
The workshop will feature Dr. Nuria Muñozcardiologist, family doctor and specialist in integrative medicine. Muñoz will be in charge of guiding you in understanding how symptoms such as fatigue, headaches or palpitations are related to emotions, in addition to instructing in the prevention of major future problems.
You will also learn different techniques, from Nuria Muñoz, such as Mindfulness to help manage emotions, connect with your own body and cultivate a state of calm and comprehensive balance.
For her part, Inma Gaitán will be in charge of guiding the understanding of how meditation can transform the brain and the nervous system itself, thus improving the quality of life.
Finally, the workshop will close with a unique relaxation experience through the vibration of the quartz bowls. A technique that has proven ideal for harmonizing body and mind in a moment of inner connection.
