The man claims to have a child with the singer

Taylor Swift obtained a temporary restriction order against a man who, as stated in legal documents, has been harassing her for more than a year. The subject, identified as Brian Jason Wagner, is an ex -victo who has repeatedly visited the singer’s residence in Los Angeles and has sent disturbing messages to her work team as the trade said.
The complaint was filed last Friday, after Wagner returned to appear at Swift’s house, but in addition to that after investigations of the artist’s team, they discovered that the man claims to live with her, maintain a romantic relationship and even have a child in common to what the singer said that “none of that is true.”
The situation dates back to 2024, when Wagner began to appear in the artist’s house. During one of those visits, he carried a glass bottle, which generated concern about the possible use as a weapon and his most recent visit was in May alleging that he visited a friend in the area.
“I do not know him, I have never spoken with him or had any contact … The increase in these actions makes me fear imminent damage,” he said in his testimony, given the evidence, a Los Angeles judge granted a provisional departure order while studying possible permanent measures.
The case adds to other episodes of harassment lived by celebrities such as Madonna, Steven Spielberg and Gwyneth Paltrow, who also resorted to justice in similar situations that put their personal safety at risk.
