With one foot in Buenos Aires and another in Montevideo; with a hemisphere in Under music and another in the pop scene; With a good part of his time producing others and taking time for him, Paul Higgs continues to add repertoire to his indomitable creativity and prolific musical incursion (he has about twelve albums officially published or released in a totally informal way).
