He United States Marine Corps reached the border with Mexico to help the Customs and Border Protection (CBP, for its acronym in English), reported the White House.
In his X account, he reported that the Marines have the mission of “protecting the United States”; this after the start of mass deportations of migrants in that country.
“Promise made –> Promise FULFILLED!” he wrote on the social network where he shared a video about the deployment of the Marines on the southern border of the United States. In the clip, you can see the arrival of the US military to the southern border with Mexico, to begin operations to control the passage of immigrants.

The soldiers gather along the border area for air and land surveillance, hoping to carry out the pertinent actions to prevent the passage of people who wish to cross illegally from Mexico.
At the end of the video, soldiers are seen entering a helicopter. Marine Corps 1st Lt. Troy Garza told The National News Desk (TNND) that helicopter units observed landing zones and areas along the border and met with Customs and Border Protection Service agents. (CBP).
“The Marine Expeditionary Force will deploy approximately 500 Marines and sailors as an immediate augmentation of active duty military forces to the southern border to conduct presidentially directed missions to secure the border and protect and defend the territorial integrity of USA”Garza said.
Last Wednesday, after President Donald Trump ordered the Armed Forces to intensify their presence in the area, thousands of active US soldiers were ordered to go to the southern border of the United States with Mexico.
