They capture in Bogotá someone accused of sexually abusing his daughter in the United States
Uniformed Police, through the direction of Interpol, and with the collaboration of the Prosecutor’s Office, and the United States Marshals Service, In the last few hours, they managed to capture a man in Bogotá accused of sexually abusing his daughter in the United States.
According to the institution, the man was identified as Erik Ernesto Antorbeza, who is required to appear before the Superior Court of Nassau County, New Yorkfor the crimes of violent sexual intercourse, sodomy and endangering the well-being of a minor.
He Colonel Hebert Noé Mejía Castro, director of the Dijínpointed out that this man is accused by North American authorities of sexually assaulting his 14-year-old daughter on several occasions during the years 1999 and 2000 in the United States.
“The investigation carried out by Díjín reports that this man currently worked as an administrator of a store in the 7 de Agosto neighborhood.Bogotá, where he had been hiding since he arrived in Colombia,” said the officer.
For their part, investigators achieved his location by searching for information about the fugitive in national, public and private databases. “among which their migratory movements, social networks and financial platforms stand out.”
