Tristan Thompson continues to “appreciate” what Khloé Kardashian does for him.
The 34 -year -old NBA player had an intermittent relationship with the television star, from 2016 to 2021, but the couple gathered for her to organize a party for the 18th birthday of her younger brother, Amari.
In the last episode of ‘The Kardashians’, he said: “I thank you for organizing all this. It is definitely a special day. I know that Mom is happy and is smiling at us.”
Amari suffers epilepsy and Khloé’s mother, Kris, hastened to point out how “impressive” is that his daughter continues to take care of the teenager today.
Kris said: “Khloé is really a great part of Amari’s life and I think it’s incredibly impressive how he takes care of Him. She is literally a gift from God and Amari too.”
Khloé – who is six years old, and Tatum, two years old, with Tristan – insisted on his own confessional that Amari “has never been a burden” for her and described him as one of the “most special souls” of her life.
She said: “Amari has never been nor will it be a load or anything similar. Amari is one of the most special souls I have met.”
Tristan’s mother suffered a deadly heart attack in January 2023 at the age of 53, and the following month, the player obtained the legal protection of Amari.
When Amari turned 18 in July, the founder of Good American took social networks to pay tribute in a effusive post.
He wrote on Instagram: “I can’t believe you are 18 years old! You have changed our lives in the best possible way. Thank you for being an angel for all of us. You are the sweetest, foolish and affectionate young man. I hope you feel how much we love you and worship you, our sweet Ángel Amari.”
Tristan also celebrated the big day with his own post, where he said he felt “blessed and fortunate” for having Amari as part of his life.
He said: “Happy birthday, Amari! Great number 18! We are so blessed and lucky for all the blessings you bring to our lives! You are always a lighthouse of light! I love you so much and I am so blessed to be your older brother.”
