Trump demands that artists be investigated like Beyoncé or Springsteen helped Kamala Harris

The US president, Donald Trump, demanded a “Research thoroughly” on personalities, mostly artists, who supported Kamala Harris’s electoral campaign in 2024, including Bruce Springsteen and Beyoncé.
The current US president alleges that his appearances in the electoral campaign of his opponent were potentially illegal contributions.
“How much did Kamala Harris pay to Bruce Springsteen for his bad performance during his presidential campaign? Why did he accept that money if he is so fan of her? Isn’t it an important and illegal campaign contribution? What about Beyoncé? … And how much was Oprah (Winfrey) and Bono (U2 singer)? Trump wrote in his profile of his social truth network.
“I will ask for a thorough investigation into this matter. Candidates cannot pay for support, which is what Kamala did, under the pretext of paying for entertainment,” added the republican president.
And it emphasizes that: “In addition, this was a very expensive and desperate effort to artificially increase its low audience. It is not legal! For these antipatriot artists, this was simply a corrupt and illegal form of capitalizing a broken system.”
Trump’s message occurs after the controversy that has starred these days with some artists such as Bruce Springsteen.
“My home, the United States that I love, the United States on which I have written, which has been a lighthouse of hope and freedom for 250 years, is currently in the hands of a corrupt, incompetent and traitorous administration,” said New Jersey artist at the beginning of a long speech against Trump and his government in the United Kingdom last week.
For his part, Trump called Springsteen on Friday: “I see that the overvalued Bruce Springsteen goes to a foreign country to speak badly of the president of the United States,” said the president in his social network.
“I never liked, I never liked his music or his radical left policy and, more importantly, he is not a talent guy. Only a arrogant and unpleasant fool who fervently supported the corrupt Joe Biden, a mentally incompetent idiot and our worst president of history, who was about to destroy our country,” he said.
The controversy caused the United States Federation of Musicians to defend Taylor Swift and Bruce Springsteen, both objects of insults by the US president, Donald Trump.
“Bruce Springsteen and Taylor Swift are not only brilliant musicians, but also models to follow and inspiration for millions of people in the United States and worldwide,” said guild president Tino Gagliard, in a statement.
