This beginning of 2025 will allow many families in different states to receive important financial help in USAincluding an impact payment that will be delivered by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). In that sense, know who are the people who will benefit from this month’s stimulus checks.
At the end of December 2024, the Internal Revenue Service announced that approximately one million people will receive a third stimulus check approved during the Joe Biden administration in response to the economic effects during the pandemic.
This decision was made after the IRSupon reviewing certain data, identified that these individuals had not applied for the Recovery Refund Credit, despite meeting the eligibility requirements. As a result, the pending money will be sent to those who filed their 2021 tax returns but did not receive the corresponding check.
The sending of these payments will take place throughout January 2025. In addition, there are cases of people who did receive this stimulus check, but not in its entirety. The IRS will make any necessary adjustments to ensure these individuals receive the full amount to which they are entitled.

In Alaska, stimulus economic aid is delivered annually, since, by law, the state must distribute profits from mining and other natural resources among its inhabitants. This program is known as the Permanent Fund Dividend.
The check that is currently being sent corresponds to the profits generated in 2024 and has an amount of $1,700 dollars. Now, the next scheduled date for the payment of this dividend is scheduled for January 15.
The initiative, known as Sacramento Family First (FFESP), consists of the delivery of monthly checks of $725 dollars. A total of 200 families in Sacramento (state of California) were selected to receive this financial aid, which will last 12 months.
Payments are made monthly, beginning on December 15, 2024 and ending on November 15, 2025. In January, the FFESP has confirmed that the corresponding shipments will be made automatically on Wednesday, January 15.
