What was the cause of death of stylist Jesús Guerrero – Telemundo 52

Jesús Guerrero, the celebrity stylist who died in February and was known for working with clients such as Kylie Jenner, Jennifer López and Katy Perry, died of pneumonia and a fungal infection, probably complications of AIDS, according to the forensic doctor of the Los Angeles County.

The forensic doctor’s office indicated that Guerrero’s main cause of death was pneumonia and cryptococcus neoformans disseminated (or a fungal infection), and acquired immunodeficiency syndrome was secondary cause.

The pneumocystis jirovecii, the guy that Guerrero had as reported, is a particularly serious type of pneumonia that is typically observed in people with weak immune systems, so the diagnosis of AIDS is probably a contributing factor.

Both are classified as opportunistic infections, which means that they are more common and serious in people with weak immune systems.

Guerrero’s family announced his death on Instagram on February 23.

An online fund collection campaign, launched by her sister, indicated that Guerrero died “suddenly and unexpectedly.”

“We have repeatedly cried remembering and asking what we could have made different to have it with us,” said the family at that time, calling him “the brightest light.”

Two days later, Jenner shared an emotional publication in Guerrero’s memory, her stylist, whom she considered more than a friend and “a light in my life.”

“I don’t know how I would have overcome the last decade without him by my side,” Jenner wrote. “He had a way of making even the heaviest days feel lighter,” he added.

Jenner’s sisters, Kim Kardashian and Khloé Kardashian shared their love and appreciation for Guerrero in Instagram publications at that time.
