Gomez was inspired by his passion for the horchata – a cold and sugary drink, often made with ground rice, nuts or chufas and cinnamon flavor – for his cookie.
Its custom cookie has a layer of chocolate and cinnamon cream mixed with sugary condensed milk and sprinkled with sugar and some more cinnamon.

The filling, as in all the cookies of this brand, is placed between two chocolate and cinnamon wafers, resulting in a combination of sweet and spicy flavors, according to the food company.
The wafers are recorded with six different reliefs, including one that says “Selenors”, a wink to the name of Gomez fans, in addition to his signature, which marks the first time Oreo puts an autograph to a cookie.
