Taylor Swift returned to face an alarming situation related to the harassment he has suffered for years. On this occasion, the pop star achieved a Temporary restriction order against a 45 -year -old man, Brian Jason Wagnerwho presented himself repeatedly in front of his residence in Los Angeles and affirmed, without evidence, to have a son with her.
According to judicial documents, Wagner would have appeared at the door of the artist’s house Several times between July 2023 and May this yearstarring episodes that Swift described as intimidating and disconnected from reality.
“I was informed that Mr. Wagner declared that he lived on my property (which is false), that he had a relationship with me (also false), and that I was the mother of his son (something absolutely false),” said the singer in her testimony, cited by international media.
One of the incidents that generated the most concern was when Wagner appeared with a glass bottlewhich led Swift to fear for their safety and that of his family, considering that he could have been used as a weapon.
The restriction order imposed by the court forces Wagner to Stay at least 100 meters away of the artist. While the measure is temporary, it could become permanent after a scheduled audience for the end of the month.
This is not the first case of harassment that Taylor Swift suffers. In 2018, a man was arrested after breaking into his house to sleep in his bed. In 2023, another individual was arrested in front of his home in Manhattan, accused of repeated harassment.
