‘Resting in who we are’, central theme of the XIII Spirituality Forum

The XIII Spirituality Forum of the Popular University of Logroño (UPL) has sold out its 1,200 tickets. In this edition, which is celebrated on Saturday and Sunday in Riojafórum, the central theme is ‘Resting in what we are’ and the program started with the ‘blessing dance’ directed by Ana María de las Heras, who coordinates the Forum itself of Spirituality and the presentation made by the president of the UPL, José Luis Sáez.

Throughout the day on Saturday, there were interventions by the philosopher Luisa López Cabrejas, the doctor Pedro Brañas Tato, the ecologist Charo Morán Cuadrado, the physicist Gustavo G. Díez and the law graduate Fernando Tobías Moreno, with the Cuchuflete choir closing the first session with the recital titled ‘Because life LOVES us’.
The program continues and concludes this Sunday with the second day, which opens at 10 a.m. with meditation, continues at 10:30 with the conference by psychiatrist Javier García Campayo ‘The ego and its deconstruction’ and, after a break at 11:40, A round table will be held at 12:15. The closing events will begin at 1:40 p.m. with a creative clown laboratory directed by actress Begoña G. Hidalgo and the traditional ‘Blessing Dance’.
